The ultrasound scan I had was incredibly thorough and picked up considerably more than a previous scan I had elsewhere around three months earlier. Looking back, I wish I had come here in the first place, as I could potentially have had the diagnosis and steroid injection during the same consultation rather than having to go through further appointments.
What really stood out was how comprehensive the assessment was. It wasn’t simply a case of looking at the area where I said I had pain. My posture, mobility, range of movement and pain levels were all assessed in detail, and other areas were also considered to see how they might be contributing to my symptoms. This was considerably more thorough than my previous NHS pain clinic assessment.
The ultrasound injection itself was painless, and I was amazed by the difference after the injection. I don't know whether I'm simply a fast responder, but the very first night afterwards was the first night in six months that I had been able to sleep without shoulder pain. That was a huge improvement for me. life changing.
Ramakrishna was extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable. He was happy to answer all of my questions, including questions that weren't necessarily directly related to the specific injury, and I never felt rushed.
The clinic in Rugby itself was modern, clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Overall, I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment, the quality of the ultrasound examination and the treatment I received. I will definitely be seeing Ramakrishna Rachaputi again and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone dealing with persistent musculoskeletal pain.
Thank you for taking the time to properly assess me rather than simply treating the obvious area of pain. It made a real difference.

He is very kind to calm me down when I first see him in his clinic for ankle and knee discomfort. He performed a detailed checkup and well explained my leg condition and the possible root cause and treatments. He also provides a detailed medical report a few days after the visit.
