Ram Rachaputi is a highly experienced state registered Consultant physiotherapist, MSK sonographer and an Independent Prescriber. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Karnatak University, India in 2001 and gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Neuro Musculoskeletal Health Care from Keele University, in 2003. After gaining significant clinical experience in Musculoskeletal practice, Orthopaedics and Sports injuries specialities, he went on to train further in Injection Therapy (2012) and Postgraduate certification in Musculoskeletal diagnostic & Interventional Ultrasound. Since then he uses ultrasound to diagnose joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerve-related problems & carries out Ultrasound-guided steroid injections (corticosteroid, Hyaluronic Acid , & advanced procedures (see the list in the bottom of the page). This has become an integral part of his daily practice. So far, he has carried out several thousands of Ultrasound diagnostic scans and Ultrasound-guided injections, successfully.

Mr Abhi is a highly experienced Consultant Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Sonographer with over 20 years of clinical expertise across NHS hospitals, community services and specialist MSK clinics. He is recognised for his advanced skills in diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound‑guided joint and soft‑tissue injections, and the comprehensive management of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2002 and went on to achieve a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (Oxford Brookes University, 2007), followed by a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine (2010). His specialist training continued with a Postgraduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (University of Essex, 2015) and an Independent Prescribing qualification (2018), enabling him to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end patient care.
Over the past decade, Mr Komsani has worked as an MSK Sonographer and Interventional Practitioner in radiology departments across multiple NHS Trusts including Queen’s Hospital Burton, Walsall Manor Hospital, Warwick Hospital, Leicester General Hospital, and several GP‑led MSK services across the West Midlands. His clinical practice includes high‑volume diagnostic scanning, interventional procedures, and collaborative work with orthopaedic consultants, GPwSIs and multidisciplinary teams.
