"Having played professional sport from 1989-2008, I’ve amassed plenty of aches and pains after numerous operations. I’ve been around the world and seen some of the best Doctors and surgeons out there, and Ram has been right up there with his care and skill. Never in a rush, he’s kind, compassionate and very professional. Not only helped me with knee and shoulder pain, but he’s also treated my wife for elbow pain. My son is now going to see him as he’s seen a difference in how his parents are moving. Thanks for all your help, Darren Gough and Anna Gough"

Does it work?

‘Hydro dilatation’ or ‘Hydro distension’, is a special procedure to treat frozen shoulder conditions. Fluid expands the joint capsule and stretches the scar tissue, ligaments and muscles to improve shoulder movement. The steroid is a strong anti-inflammatory medication that helps to reduce shoulder pain. The success rate is over 90% when combined with shoulder exercises following this procedure. If you are struggling with the ‘frozen shoulder’, this is the procedure you do not want to miss. Our patient’s comments about this procedure:

‘it’s a treat,
‘feels amazing ‘
Thank goodness, the pain I had is gone.

This special injection with shoulder exercises together saves you from surgery.

USG injection to help with pain in my frozen shoulder

“A truly amazing experience with Mr Ram today. I visited his practice in Rugby to have a USG injection to help with pain and movement in my frozen shoulder. He explained everything in great detail before proceeding with the injection. He also highlighted a secondary issue during the scan, which I can now refer to my doctor. I travelled a 13-hour round trip from Devon, and it was so worth it as I am already feeling the benefit from my procedure” Anthony Waring

Shoulder Ultrasound Scan

“Fantastic service, the appointment provided an exact diagnosis of my shoulder problem, the results of the examination were provided in real time, and therefore the treatment I require. I wish I had seen Ram sooner, as I would likely have my injury repaired by now. I will 100% use Ram’s service in the future, rather than waste time and money with other treatments.” Lawrence

Shoulder Steroid Injection

“I seem to have hit an age where I am getting injuries that do not resolve, which both compromises my pursuit of long-distance triathlons and can cause day-to-day pain. I have now had three procedures with Ram (knee, hand and shoulder), and as a doctor myself I appreciate his approach and would refer to him without hesitation. His professionalism and passion for his work are immediately apparent. Ram was able to reassure me that on ultrasound there was no obvious major injury to my shoulder, such as a tendon tear, but offered me what was an immediately effective steroid injection to the area that he thought clinically would be most appropriate given my impingement syndrome, and similarly, with my knee.” William Wolf

Painful shoulder injury

“I needed to know the extent of the problem for a painful shoulder injury. A convenient appointment time and place was quickly arranged. Ram performed an assessment examination and ultrasound scan and quickly identified the problem. It helped to be able to see the exact problem on the scan and to have an expert explanation.” Peter White
